The Haunting

(NOTE: There are probably millions of grammatical errors in this post. Deal with it).

At the dead of night, (probably around 10 p.m. lol) it was quiet and everything was still. None but crickets chirping in the silver moonlight. Then, all of a sudden MEOW, MEOW, MEOW!! Then silence again. Then MEOW, MEOW, MEOW! It was a cat or a kitten singing into the night. So I decided to find that cat and track it down because it was getting a tad bit annoying. I went outside into the cool night. There were no fireflies out and about, which was unusual. MEOW! The sound seemed to be coming from the neighbor's backyard. I couldn't get through because their backyard is fenced. Thus, I gave up and went back inside. This meowing never stopped. It seemed like it was starting since 3 weeks ago. Every night I hear this meowing. I told my brother about it and he said it happened a lot quite awhile ago. Then we thought it was a haunting. THE HAUNTING CAT OF STREAMWOOD. lol. Streamwood is the town where my familia lives in. But anyways, I just think it's a poor cat caught onto a bush or something. lol. That photo on the bottom is a bit freaky.

Anyways, this past week I caught up with a friend and she told me that she's doing volunteer work. And I was like, heyy.. I should be doing that too for graduate school. So I'm gonna start counting my volunteering hours on Fridays at PetSmart. I get to clean the little kitties' poops. They SO CUTE!!! (they do not look like the one in the picture above). But anyways, I'm also volunteering for Summer Celebration. It's this festival thing around our neighborhood (Streamwood) on the 24th to 26th. Stop and come by! It's quite fun! Carnivals, food, and fun!
